A welcoming holiday cottage for a couple with stunning gardens efficiently located for visiting Diss and Thetford.
All on the ground floor.
Living/dining room: With TV, DVD player, CD player, sofa bed (for flexible sleeping arrangements) and patio doors leading to garden.
Kitchen/dining room: With double electric oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and patio doors leading to garden.
Conservatory: With dining area and French doors leading to garden.
Bedroom: With zip and link super kingsize beds (can be twin beds on request).
Wet room: With shower, toilet and shower seat. Oil central heating (£20 per week, £10 per short break Oct-Mar), electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Enclosed courtyard with sitting-out area and garden furniture. 1½-acre grounds (shared with the owner). Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking.
Please note: There are 2 ponds in the grounds. Set in an oasis of peace and tranquillity, This cottage makes an ideal holiday retreat with well furnished accommodation and delightful views.
Situated next to the owner’s property, guests can also enjoy their 1½-acre landscaped garden. Conveniently located between the market towns of Diss and Thetford, attractions include Knettishall Heath Country Park, Banham Zoo, Bressingham Gardens and Steam Museum, Redgrave and Lopham Fen and the English whisky distillery. Shops and pubs 3½ miles.

Diss, a thriving and picturesque market town which borders a lovely mere and has some beautiful timber framed buildings dating from the 16th century, a Grade II listed Corn Hall, now a thriving entertainment venue, and its market and auction take place each Friday. The small market town sits closely to the neighbouring East Anglian county of Suffolk and lies in the valley of the River Waveney.
