This beautiful accommodation has been designed for you to enjoy the picturesque countryside. Inside the property you will find a stylish design with comfort at the forefront.
The property is all on one level with a wide hallway connecting the rooms. Inside has been designed to a cotemporary style with quirky practical touches to make you smile.
The property features a 6-seater hot tub, BBQ and garden furniture facilities, perfect for socialising outside as well as inside. There is a open plan kitchen living room.
Inside the property you will find 3 SMART TV’s, a Bluetooth music system, books, DVD’s a sunken trampoline and kids games for entertainment. Meaning there is plenty to do within the enclosed garden!
Accessible and flexible designed spaces
There are two bedrooms that can be set up as super king or twin rooms with clean and tasteful en-suites. In addition, to this the beds can be removed and specialist equipment such as profiling beds can be hired in for an additional charge.
The bathrooms flexible shower screens so you can make the space suit accessibility needs.
Access to the middle ensuite is a ‘Jack and Jill’ design for flexibility. If you have guests sleeping in the living room double sofa bed, they can have their own access to the toilet and bathroom from the hallway for easy accessibility.

Thr property is located between Newburgh village and Lindores village in Fife.
Edinburgh is 60minute drive, Glasgow is 90minute drive, St Andrews or Dundee a short 30minute drive.
An escape destination with the option of restaurants and pubs within a few miles.
The property is positioned on a hill and is the highest property amongst 5 rural dwellings meaning it takes in the widest panoramic views. Access is up a steep farm track and may require confident driving on a very bad winters day.
