This peaceful rural retreat lies amongst six other holiday cottages, approximately ¼ mile down a private drive and gives you the chance to “get away from it all”.
Newly refurbished in 1998, Hidelow Lodge is a detached single storey stone cottage accommodating 5 people. It is very spacious, comprising 2 bedrooms,one en-suite bedroom with twin beds and one double bedroom with an additional single bed and small sitting area. It is most suitable for a family group or for two couples together. It has easy access by being all on one level, and so it is especially suitable for those with mobility problems who may be travelling with more able-bodied members of the family or carers. Both have toilet and washbasin, one has a wheel-in shower, the other a bath and shower over.
It is fully carpeted and has oil-fired central heating. There is a large conservatory-style lounge with dining area and fireplace with electric coal-effect fire and it has TV, CD/DVD and video player; fully fitted oak kitchen with microwave, dishwasher and fridge freezer. Hidelow Lodge stands in its own private garden area, with south facing patio and lawn. It has outstanding uninterrupted views of the Leadon Valley.
Home cooked Freezer Meals are available to Order.
Smoking permitted, but not in bedrooms.
Pets welcome at a supplement of £5.00 per day (max £25.00 each per week). Other cottages and B&B available for friends
