These self catering properties are built in a courtyard setting, each with their own enclosed garden. The houses sleep 5 having 1 bedroom en suite and a family bathroom. There is a separate living room with an open fire. The kitchen / dining room is open plan with French doors opening onto the patio. There is also a small cloak room on the ground floor. Each house has its own patio with furniture. This holiday home development has a childrens play area on site.

Electricity is charged at €5 per day June / July/ August; €8 per day rest of year. Towels are available for hire at €2 per set (1 hand towel and 1 bath towel) payable to the supervisor.

This development of holiday homes is just 500m from the village of Waterville where there are excellent restaurants such as The Lobster Inn, traditional pubs and a lovely beach.

The championship golf course in Waterville is just 1Km from the houses while there are many more courses to choose from with in the locality including Skellig Bay Golf Club and Tralee Golf Club.

The ancient hill fort of Staigue Fort, the artists colony in the renovated hilltop village of Cill Rialaig and Derrynane House and National Park are convenient day trip destinations while staying at our holiday homes in Waterville as are Skellig Rock and Valentia Island.

There is excellent angling, sea and lake fishing on offer locally together with horse riding and cycling.

There are an endless number of scenic walks in this region ranging from the dramatic coast at Waterville and Ballinskelligs to the beautiful wooded countryside of the Killarney Lakes and the Ring of Kerry.

The countryside around Waterville is home to a wide variety of birds and wildlife and is an ideal spot for bird watching.
