This luxury accessible 4 bedroom villa offers everything your friends and family should need in this home away from home. As a family with a teenage son who is a wheelchair user, the owners are only too aware of the difficulties faced in travelling away from home. Situated on an exclusive nature reserve community only 10 minutes from Disney, this home is truly 5 stars.

On entering the ramped air-conditioned villa, the entrance hall leads in to a formal sitting room where one can relax - adjacent to the sitting room is the formal dining room. All the furniture throughout the villa is at a suitable height for wheelchair users.

Bedroom 2 offers a queen sized double, whilst bedroom 3 and 4 offer twin single beds. All bedrooms are equipped with cable T.V., D.V.D. or video and walk in closets. The spacious second bathroom features a bath with overhead shower. Bedlinen and towels are provided.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher, freezer, fridge and even an ice machine! The utility room hosts a large washing machine and tumble dryer.

The rear of the property faces due south and the whole pool deck and patio area is covered by a mesh screen "lanai" to protect you from Florida’s insect population. The pool, with hoist for both pool and spa access, is above average 30 x 15 feet with an adjacent jacuzzi spa. Electrically heated for the cooler months - yet plenty of shade during the hot months under the covered veranda. Pool heating priced at £75.00 per week.
