WHAT MAKES US DIFFERENT?
We recognise the physical limitations that many of our clients have and respond positively to the fact that they would like to be treated with dignity and respect.
We train our staff to ensure they meet our clients' needs where at all possible. This includes the needs of carers, friends and family who may be accompanying the disabled traveller.
We know that adapted hotel rooms must be guaranteed, unlike mainstream tour operators who merely request these facilities, with no such guarantee.
We appreciate that our clients may want to swim in a pool, not just look at it and endeavour to take steps to facilitate this need.
We understand that our clients may want to travel and explore, thus we can build in an 'adventure element' to many of our tours.
We ensure that ATL sales staff visit our main destinations.
We will not confirm a booking until all elements of the holiday are confirmed to us.
