The ground floor comprises of a lounge divided from the kitchen area by using part of the old stable mews. They have kept the ambience of the old building by retaining some of the feature granite walls and exposed beams. There is a double bedroom with en-suite shower room.
The first floor boasts beautiful high period ceilings comprising of two further double bedrooms, shower room and a spacious area to retreat to, which incorporates two separate ‘quiet’ places to sit and read or gaze at the lovely view down the valley. Outside is a sheltered decking area with BBQ and seats.
The accommodation is of course, suitable for all families.

Area Information
Les Cours is just outside the small village of Lapenty (which has a small shop and a family run restaurant, with good ‘plat de jour’).
They are situated in the countryside, yet only minutes away from St Hilaire du Harcouet ,a busy market town, with restaurants, shops, cinema, swimming pool and horse riding. Nearby are country parks, children’s leisure centre which is full of rides of all types for the family.
The ancient Forest of Fougeres is only about 20 minutes away with wonderful walks and a lake that you can swim in during the summer or just lay and sunbathe. Take a picnic on the sandy beachside, or decamp the canopy of trees (French style). You will also find a cinema, bowling alley, wonderful old chateau, shops and good restaurants in Fougeres.
They are on the Brittany/Normandy border, less than 1 hour from the port of St Malo and the beautiful safe Brittany beaches. Whatever kind of holiday you like, you will find it at “Les Cours”.If you are house-hunting it is an ideal environment from which to do it. It is also less than l hour away from airports of Dinard and Rennes.
