Description
These beautifully restored farm buildings are just inland from the unspoilt south western coast of the Island, very close to the villages of Chale and Blackgang.
The conversion work was completed during the winter of 1999/2000 and all four cottages were accepted for the mobility grade 2 rating.
The Cottages are situated in a courtyard setting with the owners living in the nearby farmhouse.
Rose is detached and is capable of sleeping eight people within three bedrooms. The ground floor is fully accessible with an en-suite bedroom which has a king sized electric bed. It has one bathroom upstairs and an additional ground floor cloakroom.
Lavender can accommodate four people with two bedrooms. This cottage has two single electric beds.
All the Cottages have their own courtyard patio area, Rose has a common lawned area.
All quoted prices are fully inclusive, including bed linen and towels and utility costs.

Cots and high chairs are available free of charge, but subject to advance booking. Ample off road parking. Pets welcome (dogs charged at £20 per unit occupied), but subject to prior notification.
All Cottages have their own washing machine, T.V., DVD players, cooker and microwave etc. and are centrally heated. Rose and Honeysuckle have dishwashers.
Also WiFi access is available.
All ground floor bathrooms are fully accessible wet-rooms.

Area Information
The beaches along this coast are much frequented by fossil hunters and the Dinosaur Farm is very close by.
Shop, pub and restaurant 2 miles. The nearest public transport(buses) are over one mile away, infrequent and expensive!! So you need to have your own transport or be keen cyclists/hikers!!
