On the ground floor are two spacious bedrooms. The first is a double bedroom with an ensuite bath and shower. The second is a twin bedroom with a walk-in shower. There is also a separate cloakroom / laundry room with wash basin, toilet, washing machine and tumble dryer.
A staircase from the lounge area leads up to an additional attractive bedroom on the first floor.
Outdoor space is provided by a private rear garden, with garden furniture and woodland views.

Woodpecker Cottage
Standing on the brow of the hill at the top of the seven-acre field, Woodpecker Cottage enjoys panoramic views towards the coast and the Lake District.
The largest of our self catering holiday cottages, Woopecker is detached, luxurious, stone-built, and has six bedrooms, five of which are ensuite, making it especially suitable for larger families, groups, couples and the less mobile.
The ground floor comprises a fantastic open-plan living area with comfy sofas, a woodburning stove, a dining table seating twelve, a superb designer kitchen with AGA stove, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, wine cooler, and granite work surfaces. It has a separate cloakroom with toilet and wash basin, plus a utilility area with washing machine and tumble dryer. To the left of the hallway are two spacious bedrooms. The first is a double bedroom with an additional day bed and an ensuite with both bath and shower. The second is a twin bedroom with a walk-in shower.
The cottage has underfloor heating, finished with lovely, tiled floors, rugs, contemporary furnishings and decorations.
To the rear of the cottage is a raised decked area, looking out into woodland with outdoor dining furniture and a private garden where you will see and hear the resident woodpeckers!
