Situated in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (ANOB) Lligwy View is in a superb position overlooking the sea, coastline and surrounding countryside.
Lligwy View is only a two minute walk from the large sandy beach at Lligwy and the coastal footpath with the seaside village of Moelfre about a mile away
The house was only completed in July 2006 and has been designed, built and furnished to a high standard to fit in with the character of the neighbouring property and local countryside environment.
Short break booking conditions
We do let for short breaks but only at the last moment (a couple of days before the date you require) as we hold out for as long as possible for weekly lets.
You can book a short break mimimum of 2 nights in Nov, Dec, Jan, Feb and March, excluding the school holiday dates ie Christmas, New Year, Feb half term and Easter if it falls in March, as long as the booking complies with the above paragraph.

The Ground Floor accommodation comprises :
Lounge with laminate light oak flooring, large "L" shaped sofa which seats eight, 32" wall mounted LCD television with Freeview, view of bay, beach and coastline - patio doors through to dining area
Dining Room with light oak laminate flooring is situated in a sun room / conservatory which is a very pleasant environment only receiving the evening sun and enjoys views over the bay, beach and coastline. The large dining table and chairs accommodate eight people in comfort
Kitchen is open plan off the lounge area. It is fully equipped with electric "Rangemaster" range, dishwasher, microwave, fridge / freezer and washer / drier along with toaster, kettle, percolator and crockery and cutlery for eight people. The breakfast bar can accommodate four people.
There is an iron and ironing board and the property has a built in vacuum system
The bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor has full disabled access if required. The bed can be made up to either a super king double or twins. There is an en-suite bathroom / wet room with bath, shower, toilet and wash basin.
French doors lead onto the patio and the room enjoys the views over the bay
First Floor accommodation comprises :
Main Bedroom - king size double bed - views over bay and countryside
Second Bedroom - can be made up as a double or a twin
Third bedroom - two single beds - views over bay and countryside
Bathroom - bath, shower, washbasin, shaver point
W.C. - separate from bathroom with wash basin
All bedding is provided - however as with all beach cottages we do NOT supply towels - customers should bring their own
Lligwy View is heated by under floor heating on the ground floor and radiators on the first the floor - the heating system is oil fired - there is no gas on the premises
The kitchen and bathrooms are connected to a heat exchanger system which extracts the air from these rooms and replaces it with warmed fresh air

In wet room an Alarm (on cord to ground) which flashes and rings in living/kitchen area.
The wet room also has a steel reinforced bath with no handles on the rim to allow for portable lifts.
Downstairs bedroom has zip and link beds to allow for the choice of a super king bed or two full size single beds.
Kitchen area has a low level work surface/breakfast bar.
A heat exchange unit system is installed in the house. This extracts the air from the kitchen, dining room and bathrooms and puts warmed fresh air into the bedrooms and living area. We have been told that dust mites and bedbugs cannot live in a house that has a heat exchange unit. Also as constant fresh air (warmed) is circulating around the rooms it can make it suitable for some people with breathing difficulties.
