Moorlands Cottage is located directly behind the owner's elegant country residence which is run as a high quality Bed & Breakfast for guests, all of which is set in three and a half acres of the most beautiful mature gardens, with pond and woodland. The cottage is furnished and equipped to an extremely high standard and is set on the edge of the peaceful village of Levisham, within the North York Moors National Park, and is a railway halt for the steam trains which run through the lovely ˜Heartbeat’ countryside from Pickering to Grosmont. Visitors can enjoy many walks directly from the doorstep and for touring this is a good base for visiting the fishing villages, historic ports and sea-side resorts along the East Coast.
Ground floor: entrance hall, sitting/dining room with wood-burning stove set in an attractive tiled surround, beamed ceiling with splendid views from the full-length picture window over the gardens and valley below. Well equipped kitchen. 1 double bedroom with king-sized bed. Bathroom with 3 piece suite and shower over bath.
