Surrounded by stunning countryside with views all around, you can enjoy the peace and tranquillity and observe the wildlife - deer can frequently be seen and horses graze in the pastures. Walkers will love the pretty winding lanes leading out into the hills and moors. For a relaxing day, climb aboard the famous steam railway at Grosmont or Goathland (Heartbeat Country) which meanders through the moors. Everyday shopping is available in the village of Egton (1 ½ miles) with 2 inns serving food, and Aislaby (2 miles) has a country inn serving meals. The ancient port of Whitby (4 miles) has all the usual seaside attractions with the sandy beach extending to the pretty village of Sandsend, whilst Robin Hoods Bay and Runswick Bay are a short drive away.

Garage for 1 car plus private parking. 1 well behaved pet welcome but must be kept under strict control
