Situated down a quiet lane this detached bungalow all on ground floor level is set in the peaceful village of Creetown in the scenic and unspoilt region of Dumfries and Galloway. Well equipped and very comfortably furnished with a lovely woodburning stove for those cooler evenings, it is a warm and cosy retreat from which to discover the many delights of this wonderful coastline and contrasting landscapes of natural beauty. It is an absolute haven for outdoor and wildlife enthusiasts, with walking, cycling, golf, fishing and horse riding available locally, with the Galloway Forest Park within easy reach. Take a gentle stroll along the shoreline or amble through the winding country lanes and enjoy the peace and tranquillity, which attracts people year after year. The village has a heritage museum, everyday shopping, cafe, 2 pubs serving food and is surrounded by numerous pretty villages offering excellent dining facilities and places to visit. Ground floor: entrance hall. Sitting/dining room with woodburning stove. Well equipped kitchen. 2 double bedrooms, both with french doors leading to garden. Bathroom with bath, wash hand basin, WC and hand held shower.

Facilities: electric hob and oven, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster. Washing machine. Iron/ironing board. Colour TV, DVD and CD/radio. Bed linen provided. Towels not available. Double glazed. Smoke alarm. Gas central heating, all electricity and basket of logs for stove included in the rent. Patio and garden with table, chairs and barbecue. Non smokers only please. On street parking outside cottage. Sorry no pets.
