Teglio's is a fine and very spacious apartment comprising the top two floors (1st & 2nd) of an ancient stone property on the edge of the picturesque harbour of Looe in southeast Cornwall.
The property has been arranged for holiday use so that it is suitable for guests with mobility difficulties. The aids include wide front entrance, stairlifts to each floor and large wet room/shower room with aids to the w.c. and a child/small adult sized plastic wheelchair for use in the shower area.
Teglio's is located within a stone's throw of pubs, shops and restaurants and Looe's fine sandy beach is about 100 yards away. There are lovely views of the river, harbour and surrounding countryside.
The first floor accommodation includes a triple bedroom (queen sized double & electrically adjustable single bed), another double bedroom, a twin and a bedroom with full size bunk beds. Also on this level is the wet room/shower with shower area, w.c. with aids, bath and basin there is also a utility room with washer, drier and extra fridge.
The second floor comprises the vast, open plan sitting/dining room/kitchen and a shower room with shower enclosure w.c. and basin. The main room has wonderful views which can be enjoyed from the two Juliet balconies. The sitting area is comfortable furnished in burgundy leather with attractively coordinating fabrics - a flat screen TV with Freeview and DVD is installed. There is a dining area with seating for eight which leads to the fully fitted Shaker style kitchen with oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and microwave. Pay parking is available on a weekly basis (about £26) a 6/7 minute walk away. All in all a fine property in a splendid location which can be appreciated by the fully able bodied and the disabled alike.
They can park immediately outside to load/unload/pickup/drop off but it's then a 6/7 minute walk to the main car park where a weekly ticket can be purchased for about £26.

The location is superb with the main sandy beach of Looe only a minutes stroll away as is a wide selection of shops, pubs and restaurants. The busy harbour with its constant flow of fishing and pleasure craft is a delightful prospect both by day and night.
