Area Information
LOCATION
Probably the best located accessible apartment in Spain. Practically on the beach. The wide, level, promenade runs the length of the resort & is just 5 metres from the apartment door. Torrox Costa is an upmarket resort on the Eastern Costa del Sol and claims to have the best climate in Europe. Everything you need is right on your doorstep; restaurants, bars, supermarkets and a popular weekly street market are all easily wheeled to making a hire car unnecessary. There is an amphibious wheelchair available for use in the summer.
The Axarquia or eastern Costa del Sol is a lovely area and offers everything; beaches, picturesque white-washed towns & villages, shopping centres, national parks and stunning scenery, the culturally rich cities of Malaga, Granada and Cordoba are all within striking distance. The nearest airport is Malaga (about an hour away) from which we can arrange accessible transfers or car hire.
LAGUNA BEACH COMPLEX
The apartment is within the exclusive Laguna Beach complex, which has beautiful, tropical gardens and is paved & ramped throughout, swimming pools, tennis courts, children's play park, shops, bars & restaurants of its own. (Outdoor pools summer only, Indoor pool winter only, none with hoist access).
