The Villa is a luxury wheelchair accessible self catering holiday villa in Western Granada, Andalucia in Southern Spain, with a private and accessible solar heated swimming pool.
The Villa accommodates up to a maximum of 7 guests and surpasses the quality standards set and inspected by the Andalucian Office of Tourism and is officially classified and registered as Superior Rural Accommodation, Registration Number: CR/GR/00137.
Our accommodations are the first such accommodations in Granada to be awarded the Western Granada Rural Quality Standard.
The Villa offers discerning guests a spacious ground floor accessible double bedroom with accessible en-suite bathroom facilities - with wheel-in shower, accessible wash basin, an adapted toilet with support rails on either side, together with an assisted shower chair/commode, a well appointed kitchen, a spacious lounge/dining room, a private and accessible, solar heated, swimming pool - tiled, illuminated and equipped with a hydraulic chair/lift – no slings or winding, air conditioned and heated lounge/dining room.
On the first floor there are two further bedrooms (1 double bedroom and a triple bedroom with three single beds) with en-suite bathrooms.
The Villa also offers guests a private outdoor cinema with extensive film library, telescope, guide books and other reading material, garden furniture - parasol, chairs and sun loungers, wood burning stove and free firewood and external patio.
